Let’s reimagine your life after loss or change.

Meet Keisha Barnes, experiential therapist in Boston and across MA and NC for grief and emotional overwhelm.

We will explore emotional patterns, expand self-understanding, process grief and challenging emotions, and craft new ways of relating to yourself and others.

In the Virtual Therapy Room

Together, we will slow down to give you attuned, warm attention to notice the things that often go unnoticed or to give connection to parts of you needing more care. We will connect with your mind, emotions, body, and deeper inner wisdom to create meaningful shifts and support your growth.

I approach therapy in a way that is collaborative and deeply empathetic.

Whether through somatic awareness, movement, parts work, mindfulness, role-playing or expressive techniques, experiential therapy will allow us to have insight, emotional breakthroughs and encourage changed patterns. Your safety, comfort and consent will always be prioritized in our space together. I always look to be right with you, so that you always feel tended to and accompanied. You’ll be honored, respected and seen.

Adult Humans of all colors, ages, sizes, genders, sexualities, nationalities, religions and kinship origins are welcome and safe here.

At your pace, At your time.

Keisha Barnes, LCSW, LICSW

Clients describe me as friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and effective.

I’ve heard this statement more than once: “I’ve been in therapy before, but this feels different”. Clients share that they are able to connect, hold and meet themselves more deeply when they’re able to have a full experience in therapy.

Together, we can see the places that have felt unseen.
